The Palo Alto Zen Center was started by Cheri Huber over 20 years ago. For the several years, Cheri has chosen to spend more of her time at the Monastery in Murphys, California, the Zen Center's headquarters.

While Cheri oversees and participates in the Palo Alto Zen Center, it is organized and financially supported by the people who practice here.
